We talk to celebrated Stanford economist Raj Chetty about his work focusing on using empirical evidence—often big data—to inform the design of more effective governmental policies. Raj is currently a Professor of Economics at Stanford University. His work on tax policy, unemployment insurance, and education has been widely cited in media outlets and Congressional testimony.
